Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:

- None

Call for opens:

- Lance Wang said he would be in China beginning the next day, unavailable
  to meet the next week.
- Mike LaBonte said he would be unable to meet November 6 or 13.

Review of previous meeting minutes:

Minutes from the October 23 meeting were reviewed.  Bob Ross moved to approve.
Lance Wang seconded.  Without objection the minutes were approved.

ARs:

- Mike LaBonte to update IBISCHK700 contract using SAE template.
  - Not done yet.

New IBISCHK bugs:
- Bob Ross said no new bugs had been reported.

IBISCHK615 parser development:
Bob Ross said the new executable received for review from Atul prints that it is
version 6.1.4, it has not been changed to 6.1.5.

IBISCHK700 parser development:
- No discussion.

Bob Ross noted that the meeting link was broken in the agenda email.

Bob Ross moved to adjourn. Lance Wang seconded. Without objection the meeting ended.
